This updated design is a refined revival of the original Teine Faimaso graphic first created in 2015, inspired by my sister Sica as she prepared for her very first bodybuilding competition. A mother of three, she embraced strength training only after having her children - balancing family, discipline, and an unshakable belief in herself.
Her commitment, resilience, and transformation moved me then, and as the eldest daughter and sister, her example continues to inspire me today.
